Sunday Ministries
Audio & Visual Team - Create an environment for worship to take place each Sunday
This team arrives early to setup the sound equipment for the worship service. They also run ProPresenter for our worship, announcements, and sermon slides. If you are interrested you can also be trained on how to run and mix the sound for the service.
Cafe - Creating an atmoshphere for fellowship
The Cafe Teams select a menu for the week, shop and prep the selected menu. They setup prior to service and serve a meal every Sunday after service, creating an opportunity for unity and continued fellowship. Join an existing team or start your own!
CRV Recycling Ministry - Collect and exchange recyclables that people turn in on Sunday which helps support our Cafe Ministry
Park your truck at the drop off location before service. After service take the recycleables to the nearest center and exchange.
Children's Ministry - Provide a safe and fun environment for children to play together and learn more about the Bible
Join one of our many classroom teams or the check-in team. Arrive at 9:00am to setup the classroom and then greet the families and children. Play games, lead a short Bible story time and oversee the classroom.
Coffee Cart - Provide an atmosphere for people to get to know each other before and after service
Hospitality Ministry - Create a welcoming atmosphere for people and make them feel like family
This includes handing out bulletins as everyone arrives, greeting people inside before service and helping them to find seats. As well as pass out the offering bags during the tithes and offering time.
Parking - Direct and greet people in the parking lot before service
Prayer Team - Invest time giving thanks to God for all that He's done for us and our church families
This team meets before service to pray for our church. They are also available after service to pray for and, on occasion, counsel people.
Safety Ministry - Ensure a safe environment for ministry to happen
We are the eyes and ears of safety for the church. We apply reasonable, basic safety measures to maximize the flow of ministry, worship and teaching that takes place at all Branch Church events.
Setup and Teardown - Behind the scenes on Sunday, a lot goes into preparing the best possible environment for our church family
This team arrives at 8:00am to assist in setting up the front area as well as distributing items to the Children's Ministry classrooms. After service, teardown all items and place them back in the container from 11:30am-12:30pm.
Welcome Table - Create a welcoming atmosphere for people when they arrive and answer any questions they may have
Be a part of the team to greet and welcome people with a warm hello as they arrive to the Branch Church. Build relationships with first time guests and help them find what they are looking for. Answer questions related to upcoming church events and provide directions.
Worship Team - If you have a gifting in music (instrument or vocal), we would love to meet with you to audition to be a part of our worship teams on Sunday morning. There are also opportunities to lead worship in other various venues, such as Groups and Men's/Women's Ministry events.
Youth Ministry - Getting to know, serving and caring for the next generation. You can serve on Sundays, Wednesdays, or Special Events.
